Upon receipt of your registration and payment, a confirmation letter will be e-mailed to each registrant within three (3) days. PAYMENT ISSUES WILL DELAY PROCESSING OF YOUR REGISTRATION.
Policies and Terms of Registration
Reasonable policies and terms of registration have been established for CLEO 2020. We encourage you to read these carefully as all registrants to CLEO 2020 will be required to agree to these policies and terms as a condition of registration.
The CLEO Technical Conference will be held in an all-virtual, web conference format. Any individual who has previously registered for the conference (prior to Monday, 13 April 2020) will automatically receive a full refund with no penalties. No action is required to initiate the request. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used. Please allow up to six weeks for processing.
Note: Even though your registration fee will be refunded, you retain your access to participate in the virtual meeting. You will not have to register again.
Anyone who registered after Monday, 13 April 2020 is eligible to cancel their registration (with a full refund if applicable) through 23:59 PDT on Sunday, 10 May 2020. No refunds will be honored after this date. A letter requesting the refund should state the registrant's name and the amount of payment and should be submitted to CLEO Registration Customer Service (contact info below).
