Demo Passport Program

Participate in the CLEO Demo Passport Program which includes eleven participating exhibitors, encouraging one-on-one interaction between exhibitors and attendees. You will participate in lively interactive product demonstrations. Stop by each exhibitor participating in the program and drop off your completed Demo Passport game card to qualify to receive a $100 American Express gift card!

Industry Focus
A penetrating look at the latest trends in the photonics marketplace and a forum to discuss new products, emerging technologies and markets. Program content is organized around products and services that have played an important role in the industry or have potential as a future business opportunity. A key program feature is a survey of market trends and market sector outlook in select areas.
Technology Transfer Program 
Learn more about the licensing process; funding, entrepreneurship, technology transfer and intellectual property.The program, comprised of a keynote, a tutorial and a pitch panel, is supplemented by a curated exhibition of license-ready technologies at tabletop displays.
Technical Sessions
It's only fitting that research with an applications focus should be presented alongside industry representation. Applications & Technology technical sessions will be presented on the show floor.

Poster Sessions

Engage with CLEO presenters one-on-one and view research in greater visual detail. Dynamic e-posters are a recent addition and provide additional opportunities for visual and  multimedia content.

Workshop: Beyond Awareness: What ACTIONS are being taken to improve diversity in STEM?
In this workshop we will bring together heads of professional organizations and experts in diversity to discuss what policies and actions can be taken to improve diversity in institutions and to find out what steps professional organizations are taking to improve diversity within the physics, engineering and optics committees (gender, racial, LGBTQI, disability).


Daily Exhibit Hall Lunches
