The GLACIER-C is a further development of our successful GLACIER reflectometer. It allows for coating losses measurements down to 5 ppm using the extreme sensitive cavity ring-down spectroscopy method. It is therefore often used to characterize highly reflective mirrors where conventional reflection and absorption measurements are insufficient. The new innovation of the GLACIER-C device is the employment of a super-continuum laser source in combination with a tunable monochromator. This allow for a freely selectable wavelength within 450 nm and 2000 nm and thus offer an unprecedented flexibility as it is not limited to available diode laser wavelengths.

The SAVANNA-HP is the result of a collaboration between UltraFast Innovations and the Institute for Nanophotonics in Göttingen IFNANO. The stretched flexible hollow core fiber (SF-HCF) compressor spectrally broadens high-energy femtosecond input pulses by nonlinear interaction with a noble gas of adjustable gas pressure inside a hollow fiber and subsequently compresses the pulse using chirped mirror technology from UltraFast Innovations.

Ultrafast Innovations GmbH is newly equipped with the HELIOS 800 Gen II magnetron sputtering coating plant of Bühler Leybold Optics. The newest addition has allowed to expand our portfolio and enables production of large aperture optics. We are currently able to produce up to 200 mm diameter optical components including beam splitters, filters, ultra-highly reflective and dispersive mirrors. In addition to the availability of the large aperture optics, we are providing optical coatings with high damage thresholds. Our current damage threshold record for a high reflecting mirror at 1064 nm, 100 Hz stands at 90 J/cm2.

CAPELLA enables the synthesis and sub-femtosecond control of super-octave light transients. It's based on spectral division of coherent supercontinuum into three different bands (channels) by chirped dichroic beamsplitters and their interferometric spatio-temporal superposition to synthesize a field waveform. All constituent pulses from the channels of CAPELLA are temporally compressed by chirped mirrors down to pulse duration of <10 fs. Introducing different time-delays among the channels enables the shaping and sub-cycle control of the field waveforms.
