Audio-Visual Equipment

The meeting room will contain the following equipment:

• Laptop computer with Windows 10 and MS Office 2019
• Podium microphone
• Projector for computer presentations
• Laser pointer
• Screen
• 60-minute mechanical timer

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to licensing restrictions, the use of music in presentations, including video presentations, is prohibited.

Presenters will upload their presentations directly to the computers located within each presentation room.  Presentations should be uploaded to the meeting room computers no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of the session.
