The workshop provides a convivial, interactive and open forum to highlight and discuss actionable recommendations, challenges and advice regarding how the CLEO community can support education pathways for women and underrepresented minorities in STEM. Specifically, what opportunities or outreach activities are impactful at strengthening pipelines from the high school to the undergraduate level, and from the graduate level to the post graduate and professional level.
