Letters of Invitation
In order to provide more accurate and timely service, CLEO/QELS and PhAST Management has improved the process for obtaining invitation letters. We will provide our international presenters with letters of invitation for use in the visa process. Non-authors or non-presenting attendees may request a letter of support via the CLEO/QELS and PhAST website at www.cleoconference.org.

Following completion of the online form, the letter will be emailed in locked PDF format. This service will be available beginning until April 18, 2008. Unfortunately, we can no longer send the completed document to you by FedEx, fax or other means.

Please note: The visa process can take up to six months, so we urge you to act immediately!
