We realize that the cost of accommodation is extremely important to CLEO/QELS attendees and it is sometimes possible to book a room for less than the conference rate by using online hotel discount services. We strongly encourage you to recommend to your friends and colleagues to book their hotel rooms through CLEO/QELS Housing.

CLEO/QELS benefits when you book your hotel room within the conference blocks. Those benefits are passed on to you through registration fees, wireless internet and other activities.

Housing Reservation Deadline: April 14, 2010
After the housing deadline date, April 14, 2010, the official CLEO 2010 block may be released and hotels may charge to significantly higher rates.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation deadline is 72 hours prior to confirmed arrival date. Any cancellation made after this deadline will be subjected to a charge of one night’s room and tax or forfeiture of deposit.

Shuttle Information
No shuttle service will be provided as all hotels are located within walking distance of the San Jose Convention Center.
