Bright Ideas Competition
The OSA Foundation (OSAF) partnered with Quantel Laser to provide organizations the opportunity to compete for a $30k US laser system and added Gentec-EO Power Meter! Proposals from around the world were submitted and a handful of finalists competed at CLEO for top honors. Congratulations to the University of Otago and Harald Schwefel, Senior Lecturer, for the winning submission.
