The PhotonXpo Buyers’ Guide is the show directory that is provided to each attendee. Each exhibiting company receives one free listing in this book. In addition, each company will receive an online listing, or “digital booth.” The information submitted for the online digital booth and the printed Exhibit Guide can be the same or different. It is up to you.
New Procedure for 2009! As a courtesy and a convenience, we have used your 2008 online company profile and product category selections (if available) to create a 2009 profile for the Virtual Tradeshow. But we need you to review it make any changes needed by the March 18 deadline. And read the instruction below carefully. It outlines how you can submit a company description for the printed Exhibit Guide and take advantage of the ADDITIONAL NEW FEATURES available to all exhibitors.
The deadline for submitting the description for the PRINTED guide is March 18, 2009. Any changes or submissions received after this deadline may not be reflected in the print version. Companies may continue to submit changes to their online digital booth at any time. Management reserves the right to edit any submissions if necessary.
Sharing Your Booth with Another Division of Your Company?
To include separate printed and online (“digital booth”) listings for another division or branch of your company, please complete the additional listing form.
Submission Instructions
- Click on the "submit description" button above to go to the submission site.
- Select Company Name from the List.
- Enter Password [What’s this?]. The default password is the Company Number located on your invoice. Contact photonxpoexhibits@osa.org if you need assistance.
- To ensure complete and accurate information for your listing in your online digital booth and PhotonXpo Buyers’ Guide, please review and submit the following:
Business Card Icon - Review and update any changes to the Business Card information. This contact information will be posted online for your Digital Booth and printed in the PhotonXpo Buyers’ Guide.
Show Guide Icon - Submit your 50-word company description for the printed PhotonXpo Buyers’ Guide, which will be provided to all conference attendees. A NEW BENEFIT implemented just this year will also allow you to highlight one product by clicking the “Add New Product” Button on the Show Guide Information page. Up to 25 words may be used to describe this product. Any new product information added here will only be featured in the printed PhotonXpo Buyers’ Guide.
Category Icon - Select up to five product categories. Your company will be listed in the Product Category Index in the back of the printed PhotonXpo Buyers’ Guide and in the online search feature where attendees can search for companies by product categories.
NEW BENEFIT!! Product Showcase Icon - Enter in the details of one product that you would like to showcase in your online Digital Booth. This feature also allows you to enter a 25-word tag line, 100-word description, a photo (GIF, JPG, or PNG only), a brochure (PDF only), and URL to highlight your product.
Company Profile Icon - Submit your 50-word company description for your online Digital Booth. This description will be viewable at the online Exhibit Floorplan. This entry can be the same or different from your Show Guide entry. Your company has a 50-word limit unless you upgrade your Digital Booth. Booth Contacts Icon - Enter in one contact person that will appear in your online Digital Booth. This can be a person who will be at the show or a key contact for your company.
Administrative Contact Icon - The information entered here will be for CLEO/IQEC Management only and will not appear in your online Digital Booth. Make sure that this data is accurate and up to date!
Note: The submission site will not allow you to save your entry if you exceed your word limit.
