How to reserve your exhibit space for 2010 at the show this year:

1. Note the date and time of your company appointment. This appointment is your company’s exclusive opportunity to pre-select exhibit space for 2010.
2. Review the floorplan and identify a general area where you prefer to reserve space for your company. Please arrive in the sales office a few minutes before your appointment to review and select a more specific booth space.
3. Please bring your non-refundable deposit payment (25% of your expected booth space reservation fee) to your appointment. Payments can be credit card or company check.
4. Complete the top section of the Exhibit Space Contract and bring it to the Sales Office located in the front right corner of the exhibit hall.
