While the cost of exhibiting will be different for each company, the sample booth budgets below show what a company might expect to pay to reserve space and build a display on the exhibit floor. These figures are estimates only (based on 2009 conference rates) and should in no way be considered absolute pricing. Note: These are not comprehensive lists—rates for shipping, promotions/advertising, accommodations, daily expenses and travel must also be considered.
Estimates are for 10'x10' (or the equivalent of 3m x 3m) booths and the rates are based on Advance Order Deadlines. Please consult your Exhibitor Service Manual or the online Exhibitor Service Center for exact rates and deadlines.
